Credits allow you to send to your contacts. One credit corresponds to one recipient. If your email is sent to a base of 10 000 recipients, you will spend 10 000 credits.
We do not limit the connection to social networks. So you can connect to as many social networks as you want.... We address :
> LinkedIn (personal and professional page) in programming
Facebook (personal page) for immediate distribution
> Facebook (professional page) in programming
> Twitter in programming
You can connect as many accounts as you like.
The dashboard gives you visibility on the number of contents created. It shows you their nature (external, proprietary or ecosystem), the number of publications on social networks, the number of shares and the number of emailings sent. Finally, you can also consult your programming statistics over the last 30 days.
The calendar allows you to have a global visibility of your programming. It lists posts on social networks, scheduled emailings, and interactions with your ecosystem. Once scheduled content is published, you can access its statistics and results. To do so, click on the "statistics" icon on the right of the content.
Banana Content is a communication collaborative that allows the whole team to have a common view of the publications.
Click on the "statistics" icon. This allows you to consult the general statistics of your program. In the " contacts " tab, you can select the desired metric (open, click, bounce...) to export it to excel format, by clicking on " download ".
The unsubscribe links are automatically managed by Banana Content, so you don't have to take any action.
When viewing your schedule statistics in the calendar, select the "update" tab to automatically remove bounces.
Content is information. You can use your content in different formats
:
> Emailing
> Newsletter
> Post on social networks
> Ecosystem sharing
There are different types of content:
> External: when the content comes from an external link, hosted and published on the internet
> Owners: when you create the content yourself
> Ecosystems: when another Banana Content user shares content with you
Content is displayed in order of creation, with the most recent at the top of the list. You can classify them by associating them with keywords. It is also possible to search for content by author, or by selecting one of the proposed filters.
In the "creation" section, select the "content" category and click on "add content". Fill in the fields " title ", " text ", and " keyword ". You can manage the keywords (add or delete) by clicking on "manage keywords". You can also directly load a URL, if it has been correctly coded, Banana Content will fetch the title, subtitle and associated images for you. It is up to you to complete the rest of the elements.
In the "forms" category of the "creation" section, you can create and host forms and retrieve their URL link. You can retrieve the results of the forms by clicking on the download button.
In Banana Content, you can host :
> Images (.jpeg, .png, .tif...)
> Documents (.pptx, .xls, .pdf...)
> Videos (.mp4, .vlc...)
To do so, simply click on "add media" in the "library" category of the "creation" section. Each license has one terabyte of storage. You can retrieve the hosting URL by clicking on the three little dots of a file, and select the share link.
Templates allow you to save emailing models. To do this, simply click on "add a template" or "save as a template" an emailing that you have worked on.
When you select a template in your list, you can also import HTML code. To do so, from the "Banana Content templates" tab, click on "IMPORT HTML", and paste your code.
The publication section allows you to publish your content on your different social networks.
In the "contacts" section, you can manage your contact databases. You can import an Excel file and rename it. You can also edit each of the contacts by clicking on them: name, first name, phone number, address... The "mailing list" column represents the name of the contact database. You will then have to assign to each of your columns the correspondence with the title in Banana Content (e.g.: Company vs. Business)
The "emailing" section lists all your created emailings and allows you to create new ones. To do this, click on "add an emailing".
Banana Content automatically designs your newsletters. To do so, click on "add a newsletter" and define its title, select a template, a periodicity and the validity date of the contents.
In the "routing list" section, you will find all your emails: in progress, sent or blocked. If you clicked on "save as draft" when creating your email, you can find your email in progress in this table.
In this section, you can invite people outside Banana by email to share your content with them. To do so, click on "add a company". Either the company is already connected to Banana Content and you will find it in the search module, or you just have to enter an email address and Banana Content will do the rest. As soon as your "guest" has created an account, you will be connected, for a real time content sharing.
